Once he was already in the limo you could see his left leg go into the car and then for some reason it came back down to the pavement. The mood he was in he wouldn't have slammed the door shut. There was a WWE trailer parked behind the limo which was behind a chain link fence away from all the other vechiles and equipment. There are just too many factors that can disprove the event rather than support it. Not to mention that he has probably one of the worlds best pyro-techic crew available, think about all the wrestlers entrances. Other things too:
