Google Disabled Ads on My site

Google Adsense has updated its policy again so that publishers are not allowed to place images next to adsense as it distracts the viewers to clicks the ads. I was unaware of this policy as last month I was too busy with my exams and stuffs. One fine day I saw Ads were not appearing on cooljeba.com, I immediately checked my Adsense Publisher account and found that the page impressions were not updating either. Without a delay I mailed Google. I got reply on Monday as they were off on weekends. They told me that they have disabled the ads because it was not following the Adsense policy.
With immediate effect I removed all the Images near the ad and replied back. With in a day they reactivated Ads on the site. Now all is fine.. Still many sites i have seen are using it. It is just matter of time Google will disable ads on there website like for eg PSlover.

Ya, they are still using , I was too not much awared though I read about it somewhere, but I think now its time to do some action.. removed it from one of my site
