Today I went to KhivRaj Motors to book my Avenger (make payment). The onroad price of Bajaj Avenger is INR 67,743 with real price being 58K change. Anyways i was surpised when i saw something which I was least expecting.
It was rather call of the day because with so many pulsar running on the road it was time to be something different. This is reason Bajaj has release limited edition Bajaj Pulsar 180 cc in Orange colour. It is surely a treat for eyes. It looks more sporty with the orange color. It has all the features of the new 180cc i.e. Digital Display etc. It costs INR 2000 more than the regular 180 cc pulsar. I would recommend those who are going for the 180 cc to go for it. Yeah it costs 2000 more but hey it is worth the uniqueness with so many blue, black, grey and red pulsars running on the road the All new limited edition Orange Colour is surely a treat for eyes and will turn some that matters the most

True man.. there is no beat for pulsar… i have seen pics of pular 250cc. Not very impressive… but guess when i see the bike in real! m gonna lose my heart out one more time! Lol!

I had seen another pulsar in a mag few months ago but it was names Pulsar Dtsfi , the “Car n Bike show” also had reviewed it. Though, it was much advanced than this one.
Yeah the new pulsar DTSfi is the 250 cc which is going to be released later..
This new bajaj pulsar’s gonna rock the the indian roads.Its head lights are unresistable!
Anyway this bike is too cool, it has changed my thinking for bajaj pulsar…

i am driving a pulsar 180 fear the black, and i feel great. so what if i try to get the limited edition lcd rpm on my bike how would that be, shall it work or not….?? any way i have one problem with the side satnd i can repair it since its indiacator is broken and i got it temperolily welded, but if i buy the show rooms people told me that you have to buy along the chases , that also causes a lot and i can spent for a bit to the whole sum ,,,so any solution. please suggest me thankzz

I just purchased it, its truely amazing its gives me an average of 64.8KM/L the only thing i can say about this bike is ITS A BEAUTY BUT HAS THE POWER OF AN BEAST….!

This bike is not the 220 cc DTSFi one.. this one still has the DTSi engine. What’s new is the LCD display, new modified tail light, modified doom, head lamp etc. What’s special about this limited edition is the color. Rest all the features of the new 180 cc.
What’s good news is Bajaj has release even Digital Meter and all the new features even into the 150cc version.
I can see many have doubt regarding the 220 cc DTSFi
Here are some new features:
1) Engine – DTSFi (Fuel Injection)
2) Displacement: 220 cc (118 i guess)
3) Both front and rear tyre have disk breaks (first time in India)
4) Tubeless tyres (first time in bikes in India)
5) Estimated price with in 70,000 – 1,00,000 INR.
6) Expected Mileage 45kmpl ( Bajaj Says)
These are some of the features announced by Bajaj we will come to know about it’s all features when it is officially launched..
but the fact remains that it is gonna give knock out punch to Hero Honda Karizma (225cc).

My name is Omkar and I m 20 yr old.i work with EDS in Mumbai.The thing is that I was just reading the reviews about the new pulsar digital and just came across your profile.i m lookin to buy a bike on the 16th of feb,2007 and I intend to buy the new pulsar digital 150 cc.But some worries stopping me to buy the bike.
1.Is there any error noticed in the digital speedo.I mean that is there any probability of it getting damaged coz if it does it is not repairable and is replaceable and will cost around 3000-5000 rs.
2.wat will b the avg of 150 cc coz my frns got the pulsar 180cc digital and after the first servicing he is getting the avg of 45 kmpl.
3.is it worth to buy a pulsar or to go for Unicorn/Apache/CBZ Xtreme considering the factors like avg,maintainance,looks and relaibility.

And one of th modifications require changing the LCD backlight color. Can somebody please gimme a few suggestions as to how I should go about changing the RED backlight to White/Green? Regards

this bike(pulsar 150cc)looks very cool.i like the digital speedoconsele &the wolf eyed head light.the bike also gives extreme comfort &good milage too.
